Our general policy
Soma Complete Meal Shake is a food product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used bags under any circumstances.
Eligible returns
We accept returns only on sealed, completely unopened bags where the tamper-evident packaging is intact. If you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us at care@fuelledbysoma.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the package.
Refunds
If Soma does not suit you, whether due to taste, texture, or digestive reasons, we want to hear about it. We take every such request seriously and will conduct a thorough review before processing a refund. This is not to make the process difficult; it helps us improve the product.
To initiate a refund request:
- Email care@fuelledbysoma.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- We will follow up within 2 business days with a short feedback form or a call.
- Once reviewed, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
